Contraindications

You should not take Uribel if you are sensitive to any of its ingredients. Uribel should be used with caution if you have other medical conditions, including cardiac disease, gastrointestinal tract obstructive disease, glaucoma, urinary bladder neck obstruction, or myasthenia gravis.

Warnings and precautions

Do not take more than the recommended dose. If you experience a rapid pulse, dizziness, or blurring of vision, discontinue the medicine immediately and contact your doctor.

Uribel may interfere with how other medications are absorbed. Because it delays how quickly your stomach empties, it could complicate the management of gastric ulcers.

Other side effects reported with Uribel include rapid heartbeat, flushing, blurred vision, dizziness, drowsiness, difficulty urinating, inability to urinate, dry mouth, nausea and vomiting, shortness of breath, or trouble breathing.
